repairs in and around the house

The house is falling into disrepair.

I would like to offer vacation in exchange for work, but the free

rooms are no longer habitable.

The floors are scratched and a window is closed during the storm

damage has occurred. The roof is leaking and in the living room

it is dripping from the ceiling and we have water damage.

This is actually the worst problem. Under the sink there is also

a water damage. I always repaired this myself in the past, but

I can't do it anymore. Rheumatism and arthritis make me immobile.

Cost estimate? You don't want to waste someone's time on cost estimates when you know that you don't have the financial means to compensate for the effort or work.

I inquired about the window 2 years ago and it was $500.00.

I was told there was no point in repairing it, replacing it would cost just as much.
